Sessions are private and exclusive to you and/or another aspiring yogi you wish to come along with. These sessions can be tailored to your needs and wants or you can request a general yoga session.

We are thankfully now teaching face to face sessions once again! Contact us to book your private session.
We also now host HOT yoga sessions on a Thursday evening and Saturday morning at the Hot Yoga Norwich Studio next to Norwich Airport (booking for this is via their own website).
