Mary-Ann is a brilliant yoga teacher, very patient and supportive, also she has a calming aura about her. Going to her classes has helped me no end in mind and spirit and I love it.
I find that the Yoga I practice with Mary-Ann is fun invigorating and relaxing. Allowing for that little bit of "Me time" I've been practising Yoga for about one year now and in that time I have found its made me more flexible, physically and mentally stronger! which In turn has helped with the racing I do due to increased concentration and better reactions to situations, even in every day situations i have noticed a difference. Yoga has now become a part of my live and I love it.
